The Awaiti Homestead Tearooms are available to provide refreshments and light lunches can be organised for your group. Large groups are welcome and will need to make prior arrangements with us. There is an extensive carpark suitable for turning buses and parking, with easy access to road. |

| Quick Narrative Tour The start of the garden is heralded with two large Camellia trees, quickly followed by small bridge leading the visitor to our Rhododendron area, past the Totara post fence to colonade overlooking our large pond full of Waterlilies and Marsh Marigolds. The formal garden, planted in whites and framed with well clipped hedging leads to our extensive Rose garden, which also sports a wishing well and elegant statue. Upon entering the heart-shape pond area, flanked with hand masoned stone walls, the visitor is rewarded with a colourful array of Japanese Irises and numerous seasonal shrubs.
